Meet the Team

Katharine Williams
Kathie trained as a professional opera singer and actor, and has worked in 'the business' since leaving college. She has also taught singing for around 15 years, and is proud to claim a 100% pass rate for her students. Teaching has become her primary employment since the birth of her daughter, Freya, in 2003.
Since 2005 Kathie has utilised her professional experience, as a director for the amateur and semi-professional stage.

Sean Lyttle
Sean gained much of his rapidly expanding experience in theatrical disciplines through his work on over 35 amateur shows, festivals, concerts and events in his first 5 years. He is extremely passionate about theatrical arts and has it is his ambition to work at making drama more accessible for children from all backgrounds.
Sean has over 10 years experience in working with children and young people through church youth groups and local government play-schemes. He has trained with Elmbridge Borough Council to work on and run the activities across the borough.

Steve Williams
Steve is joint managing director of Lost for Words with Kathie and Sean. He first appeared on stage with us in A Midsummer Night’s Dream in 2012 followed shortly after by Just So and Made in Dagenham. Steve has also helped out in a technical capacity many other productions and he is very much the 'business head' of the team.
